But just in case something is not quite right, no stress—we’ve made returns super simple. Once your order has arrived, you have 30 days to make use of our return policy, but certain conditions have to be met in order to do so.

As long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and looking the way you got it, you are eligible for a refund through our return policy! In such a case, reach out to our support team, 

and we will send you instructions as to how to proceed with your return. 

Once we get your item back, we will inspect it and if the above-mentioned criteria are met, process your refund within a few business days so you can get back to enjoying Brick Deluxe in no time.
